The JY-SC04 four-tier shoe cabinet is built to meet retail compliance requirements. It uses thickened, eco-friendly engineered boards with a waterproof surface coating. Now the practical details for the end user. The four independent compartments are sized for everything from flats and sneakers to lightweight ankle boots. Closed doors hide clutter-which is exactly why renters buy them.

Take the gold handles. They're not just aesthetic; the back side is chamfered. In a narrow apartment hallway, tenants often snag coats or bags on protruding hardware, and this chamfered design helps prevent that. The raised non-slip feet create a 10 cm gap. Besides letting a robot vacuum pass underneath, that gap acts as a moisture barrier: it keeps the bottom board dry when a tenant mops the floor, so the MDF doesn't swell at the base.

Production Details

Edge banding is one real headache with white furniture. If the PVC edge banding isn't applied with a consistent hot-melt adhesive, it can peel off within months, and the retailer ends up flooded with 1-star reviews. Our line uses automated edge-banding machines with laser sensors to maintain a 0.5 mm seamless glue line.

The white coating is another issue. White surfaces show every fingerprint during assembly, so we apply a special anti-fingerprint, stain-resistant clear coat over the white finish. When warehouse staff or end users handle the panels, smudges wipe right off with a dry cloth.

Product Qualification

For large retail orders, we follow ISTA-3A packaging standards closely. Cartons go through drop tests from 76 cm at multiple angles to make sure the engineered boards and hinges can handle rough UPS or FedEx shipping. The boards meet CARB Phase 2 (or EPA TSCA Title VI), a mandatory requirement for selling into the US market. Hinges are cycle-tested for 50,000 open-and-close movements so they don't sag.

This unit ships flat-packed and knocked down (KD) to make the most of container space. A 40HQ container holds approximately 850 units based on standard packaging. High-density EPE foam and reinforced corner protectors help prevent damage to the cabinet's four corners.

We support OEM and ODM. If you want to bundle this with a matching bench or change the handle finish to matte black, we can adjust the hardware kit accordingly. For custom colors, the MOQ is 300 units to keep the board lamination process viable. We can also print your brand logo directly on the assembly manual and outer carton.
