Key Manufacturing Process
- Cutting & Punching– Stainless steel sheets are precision‑cut by CNC laser machines and punched for hinge and handle mounting points.
- Bending & Forming– The cut sheets are bent into cabinet bodies, doors, and shelves using high‑precision press brakes, ensuring tight tolerances and square corners.
- Welding– Critical joints are welded with argon arc welding, creating seamless, strong connections that prevent moisture ingress.
- Grinding & Polishing– Welded seams are ground smooth and polished to match the surrounding surface, achieving a uniform brushed finish.
- Surface Treatment– The entire cabinet undergoes anti‑fingerprint coating or passivation treatment to enhance corrosion resistance and maintain a clean look.
- Assembly– Stainless steel hinges, reinforced handles, and adjustable shelves are installed. Each cabinet is tested for door alignment and smooth operation.
