Material
The cabinet is constructed from high‑grade 201 or 304 stainless steel, with a thickness of 0.6mm to 1.0mm. This material offers excellent corrosion resistance, rust protection, and strength. The surface is finished with a brushed or mirror polish, which not only looks professional but also resists fingerprints and is easy to clean.

 

Key Manufacturing Process

  1. Cutting & Punching– Stainless steel sheets are precision‑cut by CNC laser machines and punched for hinge and handle mounting points.
  2. Bending & Forming– The cut sheets are bent into cabinet bodies, doors, and shelves using high‑precision press brakes, ensuring tight tolerances and square corners.
  3. Welding– Critical joints are welded with argon arc welding, creating seamless, strong connections that prevent moisture ingress.
  4. Grinding & Polishing– Welded seams are ground smooth and polished to match the surrounding surface, achieving a uniform brushed finish.
  5. Surface Treatment– The entire cabinet undergoes anti‑fingerprint coating or passivation treatment to enhance corrosion resistance and maintain a clean look.
  6. Assembly– Stainless steel hinges, reinforced handles, and adjustable shelves are installed. Each cabinet is tested for door alignment and smooth operation.
