The JY-MT90 mobile tool cart is built specifically for FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention. Its footprint is H900 x W700 x D450 mm: narrow enough to move between aircraft jigs, yet tall enough to hold a full socket set. The body is made from high-quality cold-rolled steel, with 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm thickness options. It ships knocked down in a modular structure, which helps keep ocean freight costs down and makes it easier to deploy across multiple hangar bays.

Product Feature and Application

The drawer system is the key safety feature here. When a mechanic pushes this cart across a hangar floor, the last thing you want is a drawer sliding open and spilling tools under a turbine. Each of the four drawers runs on a self-locking ball-bearing slide. The drawer won't move until you physically pull the handle. The central key lock secures all four drawers at once-so at the end of a shift, every tool is locked away and accounted for.

The top surface is a flat steel workbench, ideal for laying out maintenance manuals or a laptop. The rear pegboard lets you hang frequently used wrenches and screwdrivers within sight. Production Details

One real manufacturing headache with mobile tool carts is caster stem reinforcement. When a fully loaded 1.0 mm steel cart rolls over a hangar expansion joint, the impact on the caster stems is violent. We weld a 2.0 mm reinforced steel plate into the base chassis at all four caster mounting points. Without it, the caster stems can tear through the 0.6 mm base plate within a year.

Drawer alignment after shipping is another issue. Because the cart ships knocked down, bent side panels in transit can throw the drawer slides out of line. Product Qualification

We don't test empty drawers. We load each drawer with 30 kg of solid steel tools, roll the cart over a simulated hangar expansion joint 10,000 times, and check for caster fatigue, drawer self-sliding, and frame twisting. The powder coating goes through a 500-hour salt spray test to make sure it won't rust in humid coastal hangars. For sea freight, the flat-packed cartons are drop-tested from 80 cm to ensure the steel edges and caster plates arrive straight.
